The company was acquired by the father and son team of Adeeb and John Mahfood in 1995. Since then, the Caribbean Dreams brand was launched, initially offering consumers unique herbal combinations and infusions. The brand's product range has expanded to include instant mixes, a range of pantry items, such as soup mixes and a spring water - Jamaica Blue. Teas and soup mixes are also produced through private label arrangements for a number of other local and international companies.
